What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect you email and name when you purchase a picture. This is for validation of taxes and so forth. The seller/vendors as you may call them do not get this information. That is for your protection as a buyer. As a seller/vendor we collect a little more information for the same purpose. As a seller/vendor taxes will be handled by you from your PayPal information. So make sure to file your taxes and we look forward to many years working with you


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Also there should be no images of child pornography of any kind from any country. Do not include addresses or personal contact information in your pictures

Do not abuse the contact form. It is for people that need help using the website. The information gathered from the contact form is to personalize messages and reach the intended contact.

Who we share your data with

We usually do not share your data but if we do it will be only with the IRS or the government during an investigation due to illegal content on the website. Other than that we will not be sharing your information. We do not sale your email to marketing companies. If we sale the website/company your contact information will become the new owners but this same promise and company bylaw to not sell your email will be added to the sales contract.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If the data is not being used you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We do not collect phone numbers or addresses and will never ask for your Social Security Number or other personal information. We may use your email for marketing purposes to keep you coming back to the site.

How we protect your data

We use a datacenter to host the website that protects your data as best it can. They provide onsite security and web security that we can’t as a starting business which leaves us( more money to promote your picture sales.
